The Data has been collected from employer and working as Navy perform duty as supervision and supporting level management at Tawau Base Camp. SPSS and PLS has applied for data analysis. The results shows that Hl in this study are supported and H2 are partially supported. Discussion, limitation and recommendation for the future study are also presented in this study. |
