Summary:Current global business development indicates good and successful management of employee engagement inside any organization is deemed vital in order to increase employee productivity. The increase of disengaged employees contributes part to high turnover, and has thus become one of the key reasons for the current talent retention crisis. was to determine This research the factors influencing employee engagement. This research paper was carried out among employees in a private organization which is MYDIN MOHAMED HOLDINGS BERHAD. A quantitative research method was employed in which questionnaire as the main instrument. This research paper examined and gained a better understanding of the four independent variables namely Employee Communication, Employee Development, Rewards and Recognition and Work-Life Balance that influence the dependent variable (Employee Engagement). Questionnaires have been distributed and 242 employees in MYDIN Headquarters have answered via Google form. The collect data was analysed using SPSS version 26. Findings of the research revealed that only two (2) – Employee Communication and Employee Development - out of four (4) variables are showing significant impact on the employee engagement in MYDIN. Discussion of findings, implication of study and recommendation for future study are also highlighted toward the end of the research paper.
