| Summary: | Safety compliance needs to reflect organizational safety outcomes and management commitment to organizational safety. There are numerous factors that have a significant impact on safety compliance. The objectives of this research are to investigate the
relationship between management commitment, safety training, and safety rules & procedures and safety compliance among employees in the company XYZ. The survey included 204 employees from one aluminum manufacturing factory who completed a self-administered questionnaire. The raw data was analyzed using SPSS version 26. To accomplish the study's purpose, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed. Correlation analysis revealed a moderate relationship, and regression analysis reveals that safety compliance explains 30.2% of the variation in management commitment, safety training, and safety rules & procedures. The findings assist management in identifying the appropriate mechanism and strategies to improve work environment occupational safety and health issues. |
