Résumé:The objective of the study is to examine the work ethics among Royal Malaysian Police. More specifically, the objectives of the study are to examine the relationship between pay satisfaction and work ethics, to investigate the relationship between promotion opportunity and work ethics, and to examine the relationship between training and development and work ethics. Data from 356 candidates of RMP working in Negeri Sembilan was used for the analysis. Multiple regression analysis shows that pay satisfaction, promotion opportunity and training and development have significant positive relationship with work ethic among RMP. This finding indicates that pay satisfaction, promotion opportunity and training and development plays significant roles in enhancing interpersonal work ethics among employees. The recommendation for the related finding and limitation of study was discussed further.
