Summary:Digitalisation transforms traditional zakat payment into varieties of online platforms. Zakat institution has developed an online platform by creating a portal on its website and collaborating with digital partners. This paper examines the relationship between perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and trust to adopt online zakat payment. The variables are applied following the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) & Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). This study uses a quantitative approach that conducted the distribution of questionnaires. The questionnaire was distributed to employees in Lembaga Tabung Haji Headquarters representing the zakat payer in Kuala Lumpur. Consequently, the data were analysed by using SPSS Statistical program. Findings from this study indicate that all variables are statistically significant with the intention to adopt online zakat payment.
