Job performance is a vital and important topic that has piqued the interest of numerous independent researchers, academicians, and other interested parties from around the world. In a business restaurant, particularly Indian Muslim restaurants, job performance is a major factor in achieving success. With respondents located in Kuching, the goal of this study was to look into two factors that influence job performance in Indian Muslim restaurants in Sarawak. A quantitative method was used to collect data for this research, which included a questionnaire. The variables that will influence job performance, which is the dependent variable, are religiosity and motivation. The data was analysed with SPSS version 26.0 and included 145 workers from an Indian Muslim restaurant. The study's findings revealed that two variables had a significant impact on job performance. This research will help Indian Muslim restaurants in boosting their current business performance. The concept of religiosity, which highlighted our responsibilities as Muslims, represents Islam's philosophy and has a positive impact on both employees and customers. This is an example of a Muslim Friendly Restaurant (MFR) concept that takes into account both religious and ethnic factors. In summary this study concludes that, beyond serving a of food, Indian Muslims restaurants also educates the workers and publics to learn and appreciates the uniqueness of the concept of religion and ethnic itself to achieve the good job performance and success in this world and hereafter.
