description This purpose of this study is to identify factors affecting employee’s mental health in Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad amidst Covid-19. The mental health of employees can be measured in the aspect of job insecurity, financial concern and work pressure. The survey method was used to collect primary data through the use of questionnaire to the employees at Astro attached in Kuala Lumpur. Around 394 questionnaires were distributed and were successfully collected from the respondents. All the data was gathered from the respondents were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science 20.0 versions and using the descriptive and inferential statistics. There are two types of data analysis techniques adapted at this research which is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis techniques. However inferential analysis is used to determine the correlation relationship between independent variables such as job insecurity, financial concern and work pressure with dependent variable which is mental health of Astro employees in Kuala Lumpur. The result of the study shows that there is a very strong correlation between work pressure factor with Astro employees' mental health compared to other variables such as job insecurity and financial concern. This study has played an important role to identify variables or factors contributing towards employees' mental health in Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad and also identified few steps to reduce the problem of mental health among employees.
