description The main objective of this research was to examine the relationship between employee engagement, motivation and adoption of virtual meeting technology and employee performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. The questionnaire was designed to obtain feedback from participants who had used virtual meeting technology. A total of 300 respondents were interviewed, and 168 questionnaires were distributed to employees who had used virtual meeting technology. The data collected were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26. The findings showed that employee engagement was positively related to employee performance. On the other hand, the adoption of virtual meeting technology was positively associated with employee performance, however, motivation did not have a positive or direct effect on employee performance. Therefore, it is crucial for organizations to increase the adoption of virtual meeting technology and emphasize employee engagement in the survey of employee engagement in the COVID-19 pandemic to improve employee performance.
