description Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a typical issue among occupations where furthest points are effectively engaged. Carpal tunnel syndrome alludes to a heavenly body of side effects coming about because of pressure of the middle nerve at the wrist. The trademark side effects remember agony and deadness for the hands. Numerous occupational and non occupational related risk variables might add to this problem. Work-related carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) has been reported in different occupations. This research objective is to determine the repetitive movements and manual handling causes carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) in glass manufacturing industry. Possible connections between carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) and exposure to repetitive wrist movements, and heavy manual work were examined in this research. The quantitative survey using questionnaires adapted from the previous studies was used in this research. A total of 118 glass handler in glass manufacturing company were involved in this study. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics via statistical tool Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 27. From the study, a cause-effect relation between CTS and exposures to repetitive movements of the wrist and manual handling seems probable. Finally, the problem statement are discussed and recommendations for the prevention of carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS).
