Description
Summary:This study focuses on the relationship of workload, Islamic work ethic, supervisory support and work engagement among among Islamic bank employees. The research framework consists of work engagement as the dependent variable and three factors were examined as the independent variables namely, workload, Islamic work ethic and supervisory support. A total of 134 questionnaires were distributed to the Bank Islam branches and the response rate is 100%. Data collected were analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26. Statistical techniques such as multiple regression analysis, positive correlation analysis, descriptive analysis and reliability analysis were used. The findings revealed that Islamic work ethic and supervisory support positively correlated to work engagement. Further, few implications and recommendations are suggested in this study.
