Description
Résumé:Acceptance sampling is a statistical quality control technique used in industries to decide whether or not to accept a lot based on the inspection result of its sample. For high-quality products with a long failure time, testing time is often terminated earlier, and this is termed a truncated life test. The risks of rejecting good lots (producer's risk) and accepting bad lots (consumer's risk) occur since the entire lot’s acceptance decision depends on its sample results.
