description Safety motivation plays a crucial role to boost the employee attitude and behavior towards improve safety performance at the workplace. The employee’s attitudes and behaviors with regard to safety can reduce number of accident in workplace. This study aimed to assess the relationship between safety compliance, safety training, and safety knowledge towards safety motivation among production employees in the manufacturing company MX. A self-administrative questionnaire was applied for data collection which involved 140 respondents. Raw data collection process was analyzed by using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) Version 26.0 specifically for descriptive and inferential analysis. The finding of the data analysis found that safety compliance, safety training and safety knowledge has a positive significant relationship towards safety motivation. Correlation analysis shows there are positive significant correlated relationship with all the variables. Regression analysis shows the R-squared value is 0.25 was explains how the independent variables affect or are related to the dependent variable, and thus, helps in explaining the nature, direction and relationship between the independent variables (safety compliance, safety knowledge and safety training) and dependent variable (safety motivation). The impact of independent variables indicate the company need to be taking into account to increase the safety motivation among employees. Comprehensively, this study may provide guidance to the production employees on the enforcement of safety motivation which can improve safety of workplace to reduce accident rates.
