People will leave in the hopes of finding more happiness at work in a different company. Therefore, it is crucial to find way to increase happiness at work among employees in the organization. As such, this study was carried out to investigate the impact of job demand, work environment, and ethical leadership on happiness at work. The study was conducted among employees working in one of the logistic companies in Malaysia. In this study, questionnaires were distributed online using Google form to 226 employees. Response rate was 100%. However, 15 cases were deleted during pre-liminary analysis. In this study, hypotheses for direct effect were tested using multiple regression analyses. Results showed that work environment and ethical leadership were significantly positively related to intention to stay. The findings indicate that by a better and supportive work environment and having ethical leadership who demonstrate transparency in their actions and decisions in the organization able to make employees happy to work with the organization. The present study also highlighted the implications of the research, the limitation of the study and the direction for future research.
