description The main objective of this study is to examine the impact of the application of artificial intelligence on the stages of crisis management among senior management in the seaports of the United Arab Emirates. The problem of the study was represented by the obstacles facing the management of the Emirates ports, such as the decline in the level of performance and the inefficiency of employees during crises, which leads to a delay in the arrival of containers and confusion in the movement of transport in the ports as a result of confusion or incorrect use of artificial intelligence techniques in the various stages of crisis management in the seaports in the Emirates. The study used a quantitative approach and benefited from statistical evaluation based on detailed solutions and variance and covariance, correlation and regression techniques. A questionnaire was created from previous literature and modified to fit the study conditions. The study population is all employees and supervisors of senior departments in UAE seaports, and according to the Federal Centre for Competitiveness and Statistics, it consists of (10,000) employees. The target sample size is 370. 450 copies of the questionnaire were distributed, but the valid data set for analysis was 402 questionnaires. The model can explain 70% of the change in the dependent variable in the four dimensions, which are the Crisis Preparedness (CP) stage, the Crisis Awareness (CA) stage, the Crisis Control (CC) stage, and the Crisis Response (CR) stage. The study recommended conducting similar studies in other places such as other emirates or neighbouring countries. The study also recommended conducting similar studies using a different methodology such as a qualitative approach, which may infer additional variables that may not have been included in the current research.
