description The phenomenon of "lying flat" among employees has garnered growing attention in highpressure work environment. This study investigates the influence of perceived organizational support, perceived career development opportunity, and job stress on the attitude of lying flat among employees in the manufacturing sector. Google forms were used to distribute a selfadministered questionnaire among employees in Top Glove Corporation. A total of 400 valid responses were collected and analyzed. Statistical analyses, including reliability tests, descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation, and multiple regression, were employed to examine the relationships between the variables. The findings revealed that perceived organizational support, career development opportunity and job stress have a significant relationship with lying flat attitude. The study offers practical implications for organizational leaders and HR practitioners, and suggestions are made for future research in addressing the lying flat trend in industrial workplaces
