| Summary: | Residential supply is a one of the government activities in order to increase standard of living. These activities have implements continuously to cover the population growth. However, isn’t this residential supply could complete the people’s trend, because in changes world, people had showing with the several of design and trends. Therefore, this research had done to identify the environment factors and product factors which could influence the people in order to buy a residential property in Changlun and Bukit
Kayu Hitam area. Each factor has separates with some aspect to see the important value by people when they want to buy a house. The result had showed that product factors and environment factors are very important for people when they are looking a residential property. These factors also include house status, house furnishing and house location. |
