JPPH Selangor, JPPH W.P Kuala Lumpur, JPPH Bandar Baru Bangi dan JPPH Gombak. It was also conducted to determine the nature of relationship between organizational,
individual and physical stressor and level of work stress among the staff. The study also will determined whether there is any differences in level of work stress based on
demographic factors such as gender, ages, designation and works experienced and which work stressor will give the strong effect on work stress. Quantitative method using questionnaires being applied for this study. A total of
174 respondents consisting of all scheme of services were selected. This study used structured questionnaire comprising 49 questions as a research instrument. The data
collected were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 12.0. software program. Statistical analysis techniques such as t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression test were used to test 7 hypotheses. The findings showed that overall respondents has experienced low work stress level. Result also showed that there was a significant correlation between work stressor and work stress. Works stressor has been able to explained 23.6% variants of work stress and individual work stressor gave the strong impact on work stress compared with organizational and physical environment stressor. Findings also showed that there is no significant differences in level of work stress based on demographic characteristics such as gender, age, designation and work experienced. |
