| Summary: | The objectives of this study are (1) to identify Master of
Science (Management) Programme IAB/UUM from students
perspectives ; (2) to identify the relationship between
Master of Science (Management) Programme and increase of
students leadership, know1edge and communication skill from
the perspectives of those students that have attended the
programme. The totals of 99 questionnaires were distributed to the respondents who were former students of Master of Science(Management) Programme IAB/UUM. Out of 99 questionnaires distributed to the respondents, 70 were returned completely. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Pearson product Moment correlations for the dependent and independent variable were also used to test the hypotheses.
The result general1y showed that the percentage of students
agreed that Master of Science (Management) Programme
succeeded in bringing about their leadership, knowledge and
communication were higher. Beside that, there are also
positive relationship between Master of Science (Management)
programme and increase leadership, knowledge and
communication. This finding means that the Master of Science
(Managements) Programme succeeded in the objectives, to
produce the leader of education with wider knowledge in
leadership and managerial communication skill to manage the
education sector.
Based on the finding, it is suggested here that the Master
of Science (Management) Programme should be organized more
systematic and exposed the students with real problems of
companies and how to overcome the situations. |
