A research framework was developed and hypotheses posited and tested. Primary data totaling 169 responses were collected from secondary schools for the states of Perak, Penang, Kedah and Perlis using mailed questionnaire. From this study, it was discovered that perceived usellness, perceived ease of use and user resources exerted stronger influence than training and internal support in explaining accounting teachers' acceptability in using AssetBase Software.
