In the organizational context, studying the communicator styles of a group of women managers can be equated with learning the organizational culture. The purposes of this study are to determine the predominant communication styles among women managers and to examine if an individual’s communication styles in an organization differ according to demographic variables. An exploratory study involving 48 women managers of Northern University of Malaysia (University Utara Malaysia) was conducted in which self-administered questionnaires were used. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and one-way ANOVA. The findings of this study showed that no significantly result in communication styles according to age, years of working, ethnic, educational background, and departments represented. Open, relaxed, and dramatic styles are found to be the top three predominant styles among women managers.
