description This aim of study is to examine the relationship of personality traits, namely extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neurotism and openness to experience, with kindergarten teacher’s job performance. The whole population was involved in this study as it has a total of only 216 persons. Descriptive analysis was conducted to ascertain the data normality as well as to analyse the frequencies of the respondents’ demographic profile. Multiple regression outputs show that all the relationship between independent variables and dependent variable were significant and thus the six hypotheses were accepted. Finally, the implications of the study together with the recommendations and the directions of the future research were being discussed accordingly
