الملخص:High performance work system (HPWS) is often debated among researchers worldwide as a medium to enhance organizations performance. The system forces organization to mobilize their internal and external strength to compete in the competitive environment. Past studies in this area are more focused on the private sector and less emphasis on the public sector. Considering this phenomenon, it has created a desire and curiosity to conduct a study on HPWS in the Royal Malaysian Police (RMP). The study objectives is to determine the relationship between independent variables consist of organizational climate and organization value towards HPWS as a dependent variable. The study involved 327 respondents from RMP in the northern region. A total of 327 questionnaires were distributed, of which only 147 questionnaires returned and contribute 45% of response rate. There are 38 items were formed using a seven points Likert scale. The obtained data were analyzed in the Statistic Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 21.0 using descriptive and inferential analysis. 4 hypotheses were developed after factor analysis. Correlation and regression analysis used to determine the relationship between independent variables and dependent variable. The result of the study showed that there is a significant relationship between organizational climates on the high performance work systems. However, organization values have shown negative relationship towards high performance work systems.
