description Crisis management plays an essential role in assisting organizations to handle a crisis whilst day-to-day activities are being carried out. However, the main challenge to avoid or at least to reduce the consequences of the crisis is the choosing of the proper leadership and decision. The aim of this study is to examine the mediating effect of decision-making on the relationship between transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and crisis management as well as the influence of crisis communication strategy on crisis management in Yemen organizations. A crosssectional survey was conducted among 281 large private organizations in Yemen through the self-administered questionnaire. Structural Equation Modelling using Amos v25 was employed in the data analysis. The findings indicated that transformational leadership style, crisis communication strategy and decision-making had a significant influence on crisis management. On the other hand, the direct effect of organizational culture on crisis management was not significant. The result also indicated that both transformational leadership style and organizational culture had a significant effect on decision-making. More important, the findings further revealed that decision-making had a mediating effect on the relationship between transformational leadership style, organizational culture and crisis management. In practical terms, the results of the current study offer several implications for managers and policymakers regarding the important role of the factors enhancing crisis management in Yemen organizations. Specifically, the research successfully reveals that transformational leadership style has the ability to transfer their enthusiasm, high power and inspirational motivation to their subordinates, which leads to better interaction during a crisis. Moreover, crisis communication strategy, as a first response strategy, plays an essential role to reduce the consequences of the crisis. Limitations for the current study are highlighted as well as the recommendation for future study.
