Summary:The purpose of this study was to review the relations between Islamic Work Ethics (IWE), Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment among employees at Jabatan Akauntan Negara Malaysia Negeri Kelantan. This study was conducted due to the lack of previous study regarding the relations between Islamic work ethics, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. From this study, Islamic work ethics was measured to identify the relations and influences on employees' job satisfaction and commitment towards their organization. Questionnaire contains of four (4) sections was developed to measure demographic background, Islamic work ethics, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. The data from this study was analyzed by using IBM Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS, 2013) version 22 software. The findings of this study would make a significant contribution of understanding the role of Islamic work ethics in influencing work culture in organization.
