description The main purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between job demands, job resources and reward on employee engagement among employees in accounting and audit firm in Malaysia. The survey questionnaire was designed to elicit responses from the participants. A total of 450 questionnaires were distributed to the employees from accounting and audit firm in Malaysia. There are 383 usable questionnaires were returned, yielding a response rate of 85.1%. Data were gathered through questionnaires and was being analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The results indicated that job resources and reward were positively related to employee engagement. On the other hand, job demands were found insignificantly related to employee engagement. Thus, it is crucial for the organization to put a great emphasize on the significant roles played by job resources and reward to increased employee‟s engagement in accounting and audit in Malaysia
