The aim of this study is to identify the extent of the effects of using information and communication technology (TMK) on the quality of work. This study was done at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Kuala Lumpur which involved several faculties, schools, divisions and administration department. The variables examined to identify factors contributing to the quality of work were level of knowledge, level of skill and level application. This study is limited to staff or employees serving at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, UTMKL. Questionnaire was used as the instrument in collecting data from the respondents. There were 248 questionnaires distributed randomly to the respondents and 96 were returned to the researcher. Findings have shown that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge with TMK work quality (r = 0.696), the skill level of TMK with quality of work (r = 0.809) and TMK application level with quality work (r = 0.898.) Based on the results of the research, the results showed that all the factors studied had an impact on the use of information technology and communication on the quality of work.
