Safety awareness plays an important role in preventing workplace injuries and accidents. Consequently, identify hazards in the workplace, as well as reduces the rate of accidents in the workplace. It has a significant influence to employees and employers. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify the relationship between safety procedures and rules, management support for safety and safety training to safety awareness among Assistant Medical Officers and Health Nurses at Kluang District Health Office. The information was collected through the distribution of questionnaire to 92 respondents who served in all health facilities of Kluang District Health Office. The results of the study indicated that safety procedures and rules have a significant positive relationship to safety awareness. The findings suggestted that the Kluang District Health Office should emphasize safety training as well as safety promotion to all stakeholders to ensure that safety awareness can be strengthened.
