description The plantation industry is huge in the corporate business sector, even in public or private company which involved in this business. The set up of plantation company is something different from other business companies as it develops the rural sector and helping its community to participate in national economic activities. To serve the industry, the company must ensure its leading organization’s performance by having excellent employee engagement. The main objective of this study is to identify the significant relationship between three important variables, which are authentic leadership, organization justice, and employee trust towards employee engagement. 450 questionnaires was distributed among employees who work in plantation company. This research used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software to analyze the survey. The result shows there is a significant relationship of authentic leadership, organization justice, and employee trust on employee engagement.
