description Rapid development of handheld device have change paradigm in learning process and there are high encouragements of using technology for language learning using learning medium such e-learning, b- learning m-learning and future prediction is u-learning. Each device have own characteristic, function, advantages and any other factor. In language learning, mobile computing devices it's seen as a future device in language learning. However, in process on shifting form desktop to mobile devices, its show that mobile web have some limitation compare with desktop. The major limitation of mobile is screen size and this limitation make user suffer from readiness, unorganized content access and difficulty of information navigation because most web application is design for desktop and not appropriate for mobile devices. The relevant of this study because web based have high depend on language medium because student required for downloading, uploading, online assessment or online quiz. With suggestion using responsive help student to easy access to information. Responsive web design is means to build the layout of the web interface on grids that can dynamically adapt to the viewing environment. Users are not required to do anything but the responsive fix to screen size. Responsive media can automatically scale and substitute media with lower or higher quality versions according to the viewing size. Adaptable interface to simplest look and able to support re-arranging navigation short cut and provide customization. Navigation helps user's direct guidance to relevant content within the current document or to related pages.
