Develop new guidance on public transport safety during a pandemic or future outbreak based on an analysis of China's public transport epidemic prevention and control measures against Covid-19 and public transport response to the pandemic. The outbreak of Covid-19 in China coincided with the Chinese Spring Festival, and the passenger volume of public transport in the whole society dropped by 75.2% compared with the same period.
