Kajian ini dijalankan untuk menentukan kehadiran Vibrio parahaemolyticus terhadap 30 sampel ketam bunga (Portunus pelagicus) dari dua buah negeri iaitu Negeri Sembilan (n=15) dan Selangor (n=15) dari Mac sehingga Julai 2014.
