| Résumé: | This study focuses on process management Traditional Games Association Gasing Terengganu by the state Department for Culture and Arts . Among the objectives of the study was to identify the concept of the traditional top spinning game based on time, history and others. In addition, this study was to analyze the management system in the management of Traditional Games Association Gasing Terengganu by the Department of Culture and the Arts State management activities and promotions. This study was to examine the management system based on the theory Gasing Association management such as finance and human resources. The research is using qualitative methods only. Through the findings are indeed shows that management system Gasing Association is managed by the heads of state JKKN in terms of financial, human resources and promotion. |
