Labor <p>This study aims to examine the relationships between university graduates</p><p>entrepreneurial orientation, university characteristics, and learning orientation and</p><p>identify whether these variables are significant in influencing graduate employability.</p><p>This study adopted a quantitative approach, where the sample consisted of 424</p><p>respondents among students who graduated between 2015 to 2019 from 20 public</p><p>universities in Malaysia. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed using</p><p>Google Forms. A stratified random sampling method was used to identify the sample.</p><p>The data were analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Descriptive statistics</p><p>analysed the frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation of the data, while</p><p>correlation and multiple linear regression data analysis were used for inferential</p><p>statistics. The findings from correlation and multiple regression analysis showed that</p><p>all three variables, namely university characteristics (B = .486), (t = 10.463, p <.05),</p><p>entrepreneurial orientation (B = .212), (t = 3.991, p <.05), and learning orientation (B</p><p>= -.129), (t = -2.803, p <.05) are significant predictors for graduate employability. These</p><p>findings explain that entrepreneurial orientation, university characteristics, and learning</p><p>orientation influence graduate employability.
