spelling	upsi-137622026-01-20 Kompetensi pensyarah Politeknik dan Kolej Komuniti (PolyCC) sebagai mentor usahawan pemula bagi kelestarian perniagaan pelajar di Malaysia 2025 Noraini Hashim HB Economic Theory <p>Penyelidikan ini bertujuan untuk meneroka personaliti, pengalaman, kemahiran, pengetahuan, dan sumber aspirasi pensyarah sebagai mentor usahawan di Politeknik dan Kolej Komuniti (PolyCC) bagi membangunkan kerangka kompetensi yang menyokong kejayaan usahawan pelajar. Reka bentuk penyelidikan adalah kualitatif, menggunakan temu bual separa berstruktur yang disahkan oleh empat pakar dengan nilai Cohen_s Kappa 1.0. Sampel kajian adalah pensyarah PolyCC yang menjadi finalis Anugerah Mentor Keusahawanan Terbaik, Anugerah Keusahawanan Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi (AKKPT) 2015-2021, dan tiga menti bagi tujuan triangulasi. Teknik persampelan bertujuan digunakan kerana pemilihan peserta dibuat secara khusus berdasarkan pengalaman dan pengiktirafan mereka dalam bidang pementoran keusahawanan. Data dianalisis secara tematik menggunakan ATLAS.ti 9 untuk mengenal pasti corak, tren, dan interaksi dalam data, dengan nilai kebolehpercayaan antara penilai (Cohen's Kappa) sebanyak 0.99. Hasil penyelidikan mendapati bahawa elemen personaliti iaitu altruisme, dan enthusiasm telah dikenalpasti dalam kalangan semua responden, manakala harmonisme hanya ditemui pada sebahagian responden. Pengalaman pementoran dan perniagaan menunjukkan kepentingan pendekatan yang pelbagai iaitu adaptasi, imitasi dan aplikasi pengalaman perniagaan dan pementoran dalam menyokong kelestarian perniagaan menti. Kemahiran komunikasi berkesan, membina jaringan perniagaan, dan penggunaan teknologi digital adalah elemen kompetensi kemahiran yang membantu kelestarian perniagaan menti. Pengetahuan keusahawanan yang dimiliki pensyarah diperoleh melalui kelulusan formal akademik dan pembelajaran kendiri, manakala elemen psikospiritual seperti taklif, ihsan, itqan dan istiqamah turut mendorong komitmen tinggi mereka dalam melaksanakan peranan sebagai mentor. Secara keseluruhannya, dapatan penyelidikan membentuk lima elemen utama dalam kerangka kompetensi yang dihasilkan iaitu i) personaliti (altruisme, enthusiasm, dan harmonisme), ii) pengalaman berniaga (adaptasi, imitasi, dan aplikasi pengalaman), iii) kemahiran (pementoran dan perniagaan), iv) pengetahuan (keusahawanan), dan v) psikospiritual Islam (taklif, ihsan, itqan, dan istiqamah).
