Kajian ini menilai kepuasan kerja dan faktor-faktor kepuasan kerja di kalangan jururawat di tiga hospital swasta di Pulau Pinang. This study looks into job satisfaction and the factors of job satisfaction among nurses in three private hospitals in Penang.
