This research studied on the factors that influence employed job seekers acceptance of social networking sites as a job search tool. Kajian ini bertujuan meyelidik faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pencari keija terhadap penerimaan Iaman jaringan sosial sebagai alat pencari kerja.
