Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk mengkaji kesan sisa pertanian daripada durian (Durio zibethinus), cempedak (Artocarpus champeden) dan manggis (Garcinia mangostana) sebagai agen penyekat-gerak untuk laktobasilus yang ditumbuhkan di dalam susu soya.
