Kenaikan harga minyak dan pencemaran alam sekitar yang semakin memudaratkan telah menonjolkan tenaga biomass sebagai satu alternatif yang baik. The recent increase in fossil fuel prices and worsening effects of global warming has prompted the use of biomass as a source of energy.
