Pengoptimuman, Penulenan Dan Pencirian Enzim Mannanase Daripada Aspergillus Niger Usm F4 Melalui Pemfermentasian Substrat Pepejal (Ssf) Dengan Menggunakan Isirong Kelapa Sawit Sebagai Substrat.
Daripada 9 pencilan kulat yang disaring, didapati pencilan USM F4 mampu menghasilkan aktiviti mannanase yang lebih tinggi berbanding dengan 8 pencilan lain.
