Risk Assessment Of 2- And 3-Monochloropropanediol And Glycidol Fatty Acid Esters In Selected Food And Infant Formula In Malaysia

The study aims to determine the presence of MCPDEs and GE in specific food samples and infant formula and then estimate the risk to the adult population and newborns.
