The central objective of this thesis was to establish a qPCR-based assay of SCID gene panel based on patients investigated for SCID that involving 9 genes: RAG1, RAG2, DCLRE1C, LIG4, ADA, IL2RG, JAK3, IL7Rα and PNP by using qPCR-based assay.
