In construction industry especially in constructing a project, we usually faced unpredictable difficulties and this will cause the respective project being delayed and could not be completed within the expected period and schedule. Further research is related to management aspect at the project area which focus more to site investigation. It many influence the planning and progressing ofthe project. This researchincludes investigations towards delay due to pre-construction level, identify and analyse effect towards the selective experiment case. The study reveals that (for the selected case), site investigation do influence the completion ofthe project. The failure ofthe site investigation contributed by factors such as site investigation by government, platform level, transportation, environment, labour and poor planning by party involved. The project has been delayed for several month. A proper approach to site investigation should be employed to avoid similar incident to occur in the our future.
