| 总结: | Sistem Aplikasi Pengurusan Sumber Manusia Berasaskan Teknologi Awan (eHRMS) is a system developed using JSP technology and MySQL as a database, is intended to automate the manual work in human resource management organization to a computing system. This allows the management of human resources is becoming more effective and efficient, while reducing the use of paper, time and manpower. The methodology used in during developed this system was evolutionary prototype which it is allow changes of each phase during development and time to time. This project is focused on human resource management system in accordance with current standards adopted by the organization in small and medium industries. With the development of this management system, hopefully it can give full benefit to the management of the organization in managing human resources more efficiently and effectively, thereby improving organizational performance.
