One of the frequent topic discussions now is the concrete precast block that can flexibility assemble to form a house quickly. The test consists of T-shape and L-shape and square shape are used to form columns. The blocks and its assembly was designed in a way which that it can lock to each other and can form a structural columns. In this research, a test was carried out to determine the behavior of the columns in two deferent laterally loaded directions in nonlinear state. It also calculate the required coefficient of static friction at various post-tension forces and lateral loads. The post-tensioning effect increases the friction coefficient, make column behave better and lateral displacement is reduced in IBS block work-system-column zulaihi UTM 73 p.
