The composition of the high use of vehicles in the Bandar Penggaram, Batu Pahat has caused the population tends to be exposed to pedestrian movement conflicts. Pedestrians also face an uncomfortable environment in the course of activities in urban centers. Therefore, special attention should be given in the provision of pedestrian facilities to implement the features of the physical facilities to improve the service quality of these facilities. It may attract the attention of pedestrians to use the provision to the optimum and encourage walking to reduce dependence on private vehicles. In this regard, four objectives have been outlined to identify the characteristics of the physical environment on pedestrian facilities and inventory user experience in the study area, namely (i) lists the criteria that influence physical assessment of pedestrian facilities, (ii) assess the physical quality of existing pedestrian facilities services, (iii) find out the relationships between the physical environment with pedestrian experience based on existing pedestrian facilities and (iv) recommend ways to improve the surrounding quality of the physical pedestrian facilities in the study area. The first objective is achieved through the determination of the parameters involved in the assessment of facility services, in which the physical aspects, location, and users are key factors in determining the evaluation criteria that affect the physical facilities and the pedestrian environment. The second objective is achieved through the inventory review in which some segments of the main roads have been selected to determine the present pedestrian level of service. This assessment using Level of Services (LOS) to determine the grade of service facilities and the results obtained are three types of LOS where LOS A (Jalan Rahmat), LOS B (Jalan Bakau Condong) dan LOS E (Jalan Zabidah). The third objective used the Association Goodman and Kruskal's Gamma (?) to test four null hypotheses and the results are all hypotheses were rejected. It shows the relationship of the physical facilities survey had a significant relationship with the comfort of pedestrians. However, this relationship has a correlation coefficient between the weak and very weak.
