Topic of Alkane and Alkene is one of the important topics in Organic Chemistry’s field of knowledge. It is also one of the topics in the syllabus of Chemistry Form 5, Integrated Curriculum of Secondary School (KBSM). The contents of knowledge in the courseware are taught to the target users by using the theory of Constructivism, and theory of Multiple Intelligence. The model of ADDIE is used in the process of developing the courseware. Adobe Flash CS4 is the main authoring software that used by the developer to produce the courseware. Besides that, other software, such as Adobe Photoshop CS4, Adobe Illustrator CS4, Adobe Premiere CS4, and Sony Sound Forge 9.0, also been engaged as supportive software to edit the elements of graphic, video and audio. The courseware resulted positive feedback in the preliminary evaluation process. The educational could be a courseware that effective for students in the process of learning the theory in the topic of Organic Chemistry: Alkane and Alkene. snhas UTM 58 p.
