Alias Asri Ngadi, supervisor Computing Also available in printed version E-flier bar-code technology system is a system that has been developed in this project. This system is developed to be used by all students of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Variety of activities that organized by associations and clubs each semester. However, there is no particular application or website for the advertisement purposes regarding the activities. The organizers of the activities do not have any choice on how to advertise their activities, so they just patch the flier to the advertisement board or anywhere else which able to attract student to read it. Most of the students find it is hard for them to memorize each of the activities organized if there are many fliers that they interested with because normally they do not have much time to write or copy all the information’s regarding the activities on the paper or even to memorize them. As the settlement of these problems, this system is developed so that all the students can use their hand phone or mobile phone to get the information’s from the flier easily by applicate the use of bar-code technology which included together with the flier. Other than that, students also can visit the e-flier website to get the information right through their eyes. NetBean is used to develop the website and mobile application. In order to ensure this project is developing accordingly, the developers choose to use the travel prototyping methodology snhas UTM 101 p.
