It is developed to help the administrators of GAPS to manage registration of organization, registration of members, program management and also to publish the work of artists. There are six modules that are involved in this system development, which is organization registration module, member registration module, program application module, program participation registration module, information searching and booking module and also reporting module. The system is developed using the methodology of evolutionary prototyping approach to development where consent-based system and the results are determined by the user. Visual Basic programming was used to build this system while SQL Server 2008 used as database software. In conclusion, this system will facilitate members of GAPS and help the administrator of GAPS and artist organization from each state to manage and monitoring the organization with more effective ways zulaihi UTM 163 p.
