Most of the time, customers directly call to the company to make a reservation service and staff need to spend a lot of time to explain details of the services package to customers. The company does not have a standard database to store the collection of customer data or booking details and duplicate cleaning service booking at same time slot always happen due to the scheduling mistake. Therefore, Online Cleaning Service Booking System developed for the CT Care Service Sdn. Bhd. to assist clients and their staff in the process of booking cleaning services through online. By developing Online Services Booking System, customers can get all the services details from web application and continue to make reservations online. The process of online services will become more systematic since the system will auto assigning cleaner which is available to customers and SMS notification will be sent to customers once they are done booking. Rational Unified Process (RUP) used to develop the Online Reservation System due to its iterative software development approach.
