Many experts and researchers suggest using watermarking for copyright protection. In other words, they believe the watermarking can protect of copyrightlaw against illegal copy. But, a major challenge in watermarking is confident verification of the embedded watermark, even after the watermarked content undergoes various forms of unintentional or malicious modification or attacks. Watermarking algorithms usually cannot extract data from watermarked image after modification or attacks happen. when we use DCT algorithm for watermarking image, if rotation attack happened on the watermarked image, we cannot extract watermark data from watermarked image. In this dissertation, we study a method for increase robustness image watermarking algorithms which we called Robust-Coefficient Watermarking (RCW) method. The Robust-Coefficient Watermarking (RCW) method tries to selected location robust coefficient for embed watermark data inside image. The Robust-Coefficient Watermarking (RCW) is based on attack analysis and "content-preserving". RCW method selects the set of best watermarking coefficients through attack analysis using the un-watermarked original image. We try to increase robustness image watermarking based on Cox‘s DCT algorithm against Rotation attack by using Robust-Coefficient Watermarking (RCW) method. in other words. In other words, in this research, We try to match and set RCW method on Cox 's DCT algorithm by add some attributes to algorithms and We try to increase robustness by Robust-Coefficient Watermarking (RCW) method base on Cox 's DCT algorithm against Rotation attack. after we use of Cox 's DCT algorithm and RCW method, if rotation attack happened on the watermarked image, we can extract watermark data from watermarked image and we will get better similarity , PSNR and NCC by using Cox 's DCT algorithm with RCW method. sof UTM 93 p.
